Nice camera September 4, 2010 flyinjerky (Thunder Bay) This is a very nice, very compact camera. It works great and is very easy to use.
Doesn't last long. August 26, 2010 Cupcake I bought this Exilim because I had owned a previous model and LOVED it. However, I wasn't as impressed with this one. It has a few more bells and whistles but doesn't seem to be very durable. I haven't owned the camera for a year yet nor have I dropped it or been rough with it, and yet it has problems focusing and opening and closing the lens. Because of this bad experience, I won't be purchasing any Exilim models in the future.
Elmer July 30, 2010 Leon This is a great little camera, easy ro use ,compacted fits in shirt pocket., and pictures turn out perfect.
lasted 7 months, used maybe 10 times July 15, 2010 DD67 (Virginia) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
camera was working great until the shutter stopped opening on it. It is under warranty for one year as long as they don't say it looks like we damaged it. WEll, we will see how that goes. No scratches or damage on it that we can tell. One minute it was working next minute shutter doesn't open and camera says Lens Error on it.
Make sure you save your receipt and box info for one year.
I have to pay shipping. read the other reviewers, someone else had same problem.
otherwise,t he camera takes nice pics and we are happy with the how easy the camera is to use.
The battery life is pretty good, but I would prefer a camera that takes double AA's this has a lithium battery that you take out and put on a charger that comes with the camera. Can't do anything with the camera until you charge the battery or have a secound battery for it.
Poor photo quality outweighs all positive features July 6, 2010 oshow 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The title says it all. The photos are terrible under all lighting situations. You must have a hand as still as one on a statue in order not to take blurry photos.
The craftsmanship/shell is what you'd expect for 100 bucks USD.
If you are more into shooting videos, this camera might do the trick because the quality is outstanding, but if you want stills, I urge you to pay 50 more bucks and get a higher quality point and shoot camera.
